These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Aladdin Media LLC, operating as AI Com Partners ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website and services.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

AI Com Partners provides AI search intelligence and optimization services for B2B brands, including but not limited to:

• AI search visibility audits and analysis
• Competitor intelligence and benchmarking
• Content optimization for AI recommendations
• Strategic campaigns and implementation
• Consulting and advisory services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

Certain services may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. All fees are:

• Non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Exclusive of applicable taxes
• Payable in the currency specified in your agreement
• Due according to the payment terms in your service agreement

We reserve the right to modify our fees at any time. Changes to fees will be communicated to you in advance and will apply to future billing periods.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of our business relationship. This obligation survives the termination of these Terms and continues for a period of three (3) years thereafter.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or results obtained through our services.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AI COM PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Com Partners and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
