An established enterprise software provider was losing ground to newer competitors in AI search results. Traditional market research showed stable market share, but AI engines were recommending disruptors over the incumbent.
Approach
Our competitive intelligence phase revealed three emerging competitors that traditional tools missed. We mapped their AI visibility strategies and developed a 90-day roadmap prioritizing high-impact technical fixes and model-specific engagement tactics.
Results
Share-of-voice increased by 21 percentage points across all tracked AI models. The client regained category leadership in AI search results within 60 days. Three major deals were directly attributed to improved AI visibility.
