Challenge
The client had strong traditional SEO rankings but was completely invisible in AI search results. When potential customers asked ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Google AI Overview for recommendations in their category, competitors were cited while they were ignored.
Approach
We implemented our 4-phase program: (1) Multi-model visibility audit across 7 AI engines, (2) Competitive intelligence revealing three hidden entrants, (3) Technical optimization including robots.txt, sitemap.xml, llms.txt, and schema.org implementation, (4) Targeted AI engagement campaigns with geo-specific signals.
Results
Within 30 days, AI citations increased by 83%. The client moved from zero mentions to being recommended in 7 out of 7 tracked AI models. Share-of-voice in their category increased by 21 percentage points.
