Challenge
This enterprise sports equipment retailer had 47 physical stores and a mature e-commerce operation. However, they were missing the AI commerce opportunity. With multiple brands, thousands of SKUs, and international operations, they needed an enterprise-grade Agentic Commerce solution that could scale.
Approach
We designed and executed an enterprise AI commerce rollout: (1) Multi-model visibility optimization across 10 AI engines, (2) Agentic Commerce integration with enterprise inventory management, (3) Multi-brand catalog optimization for AI recommendations, (4) Geo-targeted AI engagement for US, Canada, and UK markets, (5) Enterprise analytics and reporting dashboard, (6) Staff training and change management across 47 locations. The 150-day implementation included extensive testing and phased rollout.
Results
Share-of-voice increased by 19 percentage points across 10 AI models. Agentic Commerce generated 445 orders worth $267,000 in 5 months. AI commerce now represents 8% of total online revenue. Average order value 15% higher than traditional e-commerce. Successfully scaled across 3 countries with localized AI recommendations. Store staff can now fulfill ChatGPT orders for in-store pickup, creating an omnichannel AI commerce experience.
